Founded in 2011, Allegro Capital is a London-based venture capital and advisory firm focused on pre-seed and seed-stage startups.  We are not limited by the same constraints as a fund and can, therefore, take a longer, more strategic approach to our investments.  For portfolio companies who demonstrate significant commercial traction, we may develop investment syndicates to help them with larger, subsequent investment rounds.

Allegro was founded by Tom Montgomery, whose corporate experience in strategy, finance, and marketing included developing and leading major business initiatives at Disney, Adidas and De Beers.  He also created and led the corporate venturing programs at Adidas and De Beers.
